I know I am late to announce this month's Spotlight theme, but believe me friends, I'm occupied till my neck. Any way, but two months I had put the spotlight on Indian spices - first, Panch phoron(five spice mix) and then fennel seed. But my blogger friends have disappointed me both the times. I don't know the reason. So I decided to change the topic this time and thought to put the spotlight on Sandwiches - the most common breakfast item among all. I'm sure you all will agree with me. And I'm always short of ideas on this matter. So why not we share our ideas among us.
So, the theme for this month's Spotlight is Sandwiches.
Rules of this event :
1. Prepare a sandwich. Make it as healthy as possible. Veg and Non-Veg. both are allowed.
2. Post it in your blog between 25th Apr.,'14 to 15th May, 2014. Archived posts are allowed but should be linked with this announcement page and the logo.
3. All posts should include this announcement link and the logo. The use of logo is mandatory as it helps to spread the word.
4. Multiple Entries are always welcome.
5. Non-bloggers can also send their recipes. Send your recipes to below mentioned email address with a picture.
6. Use the linky tools below to link your entries...if you are having any problem linking your entries, send them to my email address, riappyayan (at) gmail (com) with subject line "Spotlight : Indian Spice tray-Fennel/Panch Phoron" in below format with a picture of your dish
