Ghee(clarified butter) : 1 tblsp.
Condensed milk : 100 ml.
Sugar : 2-3 tblsp.

You need :
Red Apples : 5, peeled, deseeded and cubed
Ghee(clarified butter) : 1 tblsp.
Condensed milk : 100 ml.

Slivered Almonds : 1/2 cup
How To :
- Heat a non-stick pan, add ghee, add chopped apples and nicely coat them with ghee. Keep stirring until apple turn soft and do not let them burn or turn brown.
- Transfer them to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, if needed add very little milk to make a smooth paste.
- Now transfer the apple paste to the pan again. Add condensed milk and keep stirring until all moisture gone. Add sugar if needed and keep stirring continuously.
- When it doesn't stick to the pan anymore, it's done. It hardly takes 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and add cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly and finally add slivered almonds. Mix and serve in room temperature.
