This is a classic and very traditional Italian recipe. Traditionally, it is made with ground beef, but I made the meatballs with minced chicken, didn't follow any recipe. Just made chicken meatballs as we make chicken Koftas and then slow-cooked the meatball in tomato sauce. Served them with Garlic and chilli infused Spaghetti. An absolute delicious, healthy and heart winning treat, especially for grown-up kids made under 30 minutes.

How To :
- Take all the ingredients needed for the meat ball/kofta in a big bowl, give a good mix and set aside for 1/2 an hour. Add besan/corn flour if you feel your chicken mix is little soggy. If not, just don't add the besan/corn flour. After that, make round lemon sized meat balls/koftas from the mix.
- Heat oil in a pan, add kofta/chicken balls to the hot oil and in low-medium flame, fry them from all sides until crispy brown. Remove on a paper towel.
- To make the sauce, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, fry till light brown, then add garlic paste and chopped tomatoes. When tomatoes get pulpy, add tomato puree, season with salt, black pepper and herbs. If you have fresh herbs like basil or parsley, can add too.
- Lastly, add the meat ball/koftas in the sauce, in low flame, covered, let it cook for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat.
