Nutella Flavoured Choco Brownies with Strawberry for Valentines' Day

Have you thought of some special treat to surprise your special ones on Valentine's Day yet? If not, try this Nutella Choco Brownies this year. Doesn't need too much ingredients and takes just 30-45 minutes of your time. At my home, all are chocolate lovers and I made this chocolatty goodness and going to surprise them on Valentines' day. This one I made eggless, with very less ingredients.

A Chocolate brownie is a flat, baked dessert square that was developed in the United States at the end of the 19th century and popularized in both the U.S. and Canada during the first half of the 20th century. It is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms. Depending on its density, it may be either fudgy or cakey and may include nuts, chocolate chips, or other ingredients. A variation made with brown sugar and chocolate bits but without melted chocolate in the batter is called a blonde brownie or blondie.
Brownies are typically eaten by hand, often accompanied by milk or coffee. They are sometimes served warm with ice cream, topped with whipped cream, or sprinkled with powdered sugar.[Info : Wiki]

You Need :
All Purpose Flour(APF) : 1 and 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder : 3/4 cup
Butter : 50 gms.(in room temperature)
Sugar : 3/4 cup, powdered
Oil : 1/2 cup
Curd/Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Milk : 1/2 cup(warm)
Nutella : 4 tblsp.
Instant Coffee : 1 tblsp.(optional)
Baking powder : 1/2 tsp.
Salt : a pinch

How To :
  • In a bowl, sift the flour. In there, add cocoa powder, coffee, salt and baking powder. Mix well and keep aside. These are the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, take butter, sugar, oil and curd. With a hand blender, blend this mix till creamy. Add nutella in this mix after melting it a little in microwave. Give this a good mix. Now in this mixture, add the dry ingredients little by little, adding warm milk as needed to make a creamy batter.
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degreeC. Grease a baking tray with melted butter, then pour the prepared batter evenly on the tray. I garnished the batter with some fresh strawberries. Bake for around 30-35 minutes. Mine took exact 30 minutes.

Wish You all A HAPPY VALENTINES DAY................................................
