New Year, New Resolution....in New year, I've taken a resolution that I'm going to make my event, "SPOTLIGHT", from now on a regular event. I couldn't organize it regularly due to lack of time for blogging. I've hosted already 3 Spotlight events so far and every time my blogger buddies have made them very successful. So, I'm expecting this time too the same and even more support and enthusiasm from all of you, as I've made more friends in the meantime.....
"Spotlight" will be hosted by me or my sister, Chandrani of Cuisine Delights.
Each month Spotlight will choose one theme for the event and the time frame will be from 15th to next month's 15th, as most of the events ends at 30th/31st.
February edition of spotlight : Colorful Holi
Spotlight : Winter Vegetable,

ReplyDeleteIn my first entry I did not take notice of what others were doing and I made a silly error, you see I am a bit inexperienced about these things, instead of mentioning the name of the dish, I typed my name. Is there anyway I can rectify the error. If it is possible for you to rectify it the name of the dish (No: 3) is Stir Fried Fenugreek Leaves with Aubergine.
